Venngage is an exciting and innovative B2B SaaS-based graphic design tool that is helping businesses communicate visually all over the world. We’re looking for talented people to join us and help us achieve our ambitious goals.
As our Venngage Technical Writer, you will report to the Director of Client Services, owning the Venngage Help Center, promoting users to utilize self-help support methods. The Technical Writer will also play a central role in the documentation and centralization of internal processes and standard operating procedures here at Venngage.
As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience in managing and curating customer facing documentation.
Your ability to evaluate and analyze complex information is second to none, and you have a natural desire to help people understand things that are hard to understand.

Salary Range: $55-60k (based on level of experience)
