We are looking for a Full- Time Product Design Manager to join our growing product team!

We’re seeking a product leader who has experience in analytics, design and has a strong technical background to lead our product management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical, analytical, and product background – with a drive to optimize product funnels and make products grow. As a Product Manager at Venngage, you help set our product vision, define what that future of information design looks like, and help prioritize the products and features that get us to our end goal.

In This Role, You’ll Have The Opportunity To:

• Collaborate with Product leaders to create a short and long term product strategy, features and KPIs that align with company initiatives
• Collaborate with Product Designers to ensure consistency and compatibility across all Venngage platform & core areas
• Leverage insights from customers, sales, success, and research to prioritize and build a product that will have an optimal impact on the business. You are able to document, analyze, and synthesize their needs into a compelling product vision
• Stay up to date with market trends, our competitors and consistently benchmark our tool against them so we can remain competitive.
• Develop the metrics that drive our business, know which one to impact, and have analytical skills to help the company derive the best data driven solutions
• Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of product growth initiatives and experiments, partnering with Engineering, Design, Product, Marketing & Success.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring decisions, on-boarding, and mentoring new product designers
• Manage and influence a team of product designers and product managers in an optimized workflow that allows your team to perform at its best. You’ll be required to help develop your team’s career growth and skill development

What we are looking for:

• You have 5+ years of experience in product management of a software product
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Some technical experience and curiosity with the ability to demonstrate the importance and impact of technical work to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with identifying product iterations based on data from customers, feedback from testing and strategic initiatives
• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills
• Passion for building products that unlock value for various segments in different organizations
• BONUS: Entry level understanding of front-end development

Salary: $120,000-$160,000
